-Birch Bay is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

by Julie LarsonWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! It exceeded all of our expectations. The view of the lake from the main living area is stunning. The home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well equipped. The host was incredibly responsive and their attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!
Well appointed kitchen to cook in. Beautiful home! Decorated with class and comfort. Love the light fixtures and cozy furniture and blankets. We had our family together for a few days and everyone loved the house… wish we could’ve enjoyed the outdoor spaces… the patio and deck had lovely seating and views. It was too cold and snowy this time, but we’d love to return during warmer weather. Host was helpful and accommodating… delivered our pizza dinner since we couldn’t use the outdoor space. Excellent host!
The home is beautiful and host was very responsive. The basement was a bit cold although our visit was during December.
