-Birch Bay is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

Perfect Stay on Gull Lake

Bachelorette Weekend

We went horseback riding, shopped in Nisswa and had a fun night out at the Quarterdeck (which is so close you could walk). Gorgeous location, the fire pit was perfect for s’mores. The main floor open floor plan was perfect for gathering.

Wonderful Stay

The home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well equipped. Well appointed kitchen to cook in. Beautiful home! Decorated with class and comfort. Love the light fixtures and cozy furniture and blankets. We had our family together for a few days and everyone loved the house… wish we could’ve enjoyed the outdoor spaces… the patio and deck had lovely seating and views. It was too cold and snowy this time, but we’d love to return during warmer weather. Host was helpful and accommodating… delivered our pizza dinner since we couldn’t use the outdoor space. Excellent host!
The home is beautiful and host was very responsive. The basement was a bit cold although our visit was during December.
