-Happy Landing is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per night. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

DOCK:
Happy landing dock is in for the season, there is a pontoon lift and a jet ski lift available for guest use.
𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙬 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙎𝙏𝙍 𝙉𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙊𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚
• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

Great Lake home for a large family

We had an amazing and comfortable stay in this beautiful lakeside home. Easy to rent a pontoon and use this dock during our stay. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We all felt right at home and relaxed in all of the spaces. Beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus. Beautiful sunsets listening to the loons calling and several eagles flying over the house. Close to golf and groceries. Would definitely recommend!
If I could give our stay at Happy Landings 10 stars, I would!
Stunningly beautiful house inside and out filled with everything we needed to have a good time. The open concept layout was perfect for our large group to cook, eat together and play games. Quiet neighborhood, great yard for a bonfire and easy access to the dock.
Definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay again!

If you’re looking for a slice of Minnesota heaven, Happy Landing on is the place to be. First off, the lawn is so perfectly manicured it made me question my own life choices—and my lawn care routine. It’s the kind of grass you’d be fine eating a picnic off of (though the deer might get jealous).
The private beach? Pure bliss. The sand is soft, the water is crystal-clear, and I swear the loons were singing just for us. It’s the perfect spot to let the kids run wild or enjoy some peaceful sunbathing.
And let’s not forget the deck. It’s a grilling paradise. We cooked up burgers while pretending we were pitmasters on a Food Network special. The sunset views? Chef’s kiss.
Happy Landing is the perfect mix of tranquility and fun, with just enough luxury to make you never want to leave—except maybe to mow your own lawn.
A Wonderful Family Vacation
by NikkiWe had a wonderful family vacation at Happy Landing! The house is in a great location, is beautiful, and so comfortable. It’s big enough for everyone to be together and spread out when needing some space. Meals were fun to prepare and enjoy in the well equipped kitchen. Both the upstairs and downstairs family rooms were spacious yet cozy. Perfect for games and movies! We loved the backyard too! The hot tub, lake view, big grassy area, and bonfire pit were perfect for family fun! The house has everything you need too! Can’t wait to come back again.

Stayed for a long weekend this summer at Happy Landings. Beautiful home with everything you need. Perfect little beach for the kids to swim at with a ton of sunfish for them to catch off the dock. Great location on the lake with little boat traffic! We had a perfect time, not one complaint!
What a gem!
by Roger and BeckyThis place is exceptional! Way exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful multi generational family vacation at Happy Landings! The many amenities made our stay with grandchildren ages 2-19 yrs and their parents memorable. The lay out of the home gave everyone space to spread out but yet gather comfortably. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to get meals on the table smoothly. It’s a great location on quiet, peaceful bay on Crosslake. The kids loved fishing off the dock with the many fishing poles provided and the life jackets ( also provided) gave moms and dads peace of mind. The lily pad and paddle board were big hits! Everything was clean and well stocked. One the best rental we’ve stayed at. We hope to come again.
Up North Tranquility
by Jeff and Caryn MyhreTHIS place is deserving of more than a five star review. The Happy Landing Cabin is the PERFECT spot for a getaway vacation. This cabin has a \"goldilocks\" feel of being \"just right\" in every way. It is big enough, yet small enough to give everyone their space, yet still somehow feel quaint. It comes with an optional pontoon that is ready to go in a boat lift - very convenient. There are also two jet ski lifts that were put to good use during the weekend. The early summer lake temperature was made more pleasant by the hot tub, which is serviced and cleaned weekly. Very little boat noise could be heard as the cabin sits on a little offshoot of the main Crosslake body of water. This made paddle boarding and kayaking more pleasant. To note: the little bay is deep enough for an inboard surf boat. Fishing is GREAT off the end of the dock. The place was CLEAN and had every kitchen essential needed to roll out meal after meal for hungry teenagers. Never have I ever left a place and seriously thought of asking the owner if they would consider selling. I simply can\'t wait to go back!!!
