• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

We really enjoyed our stay. Very roomy yet cozy at the same time. My wife and our four kids had plenty of space. The fishing was amazing! We shopped and ate downtown Nisswa. Really cute little town. We plan to come back next year. Thank you for the great communication!

The comfortable mattresses made every night\'s sleep restful and rejuvenating, which is not always the case with group trips! With plenty of space, this home is perfect for an extended family gathering or a group of friends—there’s room for everyone to connect and unwind. If I’d stayed longer, I would’ve loved to take advantage of the amazing lofted office—it’s such a peaceful spot, perfect for catching up on work or even just enjoying the serene views. Every corner of this house was designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

The living space was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group to relax, visit, and unwind together. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
