In the summer months, mornings begin with coffee on the deck as the sun sparkles on the water. A short stroll—or an easy golf cart ride—down the wooded path leads you to the lake, where the day unfolds with swimming, boating, and laughter along the shoreline. Guests are welcome to bring or rent a pontoon or watercraft to enjoy the lake. After a day on the water, unwind around the fire pit or share dinner on the patio while the sounds of the lake fade into the night.
For motorsport enthusiasts, this home includes four season passes to Brainerd International Raceway available for guest purchase, offering an exciting addition to your Northwoods adventure. The included golf cart makes it easy to move between the house, lake, and nearby activities.
As the weather turns crisp, the home transforms into a cozy winter retreat. Guests can soak in the outdoor hot tub beneath a blanket of stars or curl up by the stone fireplace as snow falls quietly outside. With its spacious layout and warm atmosphere, the home is ideal for multi-family vacations, holiday gatherings, or a peaceful escape from the everyday.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement
