-Pinewood Escape is pet friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $50 per day. Max 2 pets allowed. Fee applied to reservation after booking is made. On top of the pet fee, there will be an additional fee starting at $150 if we deem there is damage to the property regarding your pets stay.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

We always Love staying in breezy point, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again. This time we came up there for work but next time we would like to come up for fun!

Really enjoyed our stay and would come back again! We came up to Breezy for a stay a d needed to be close to an event. The unit was perfect for us and came with all the furnishings. Beds were so comfortable. We even had a deer in the backyard grazing one evening. The management company, Woods to Water, was so great to communicate with and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. Highly recommend this property and it is close to all of the Breezy Point restaurants.
Great place to be at right in the center of the resort no driving required once we parked we took the shuttle and had a blast!

We had the most amazing stay at this cozy cabin in Breezy Point! The location is peaceful and beautiful, nestled in the woods but still close to the lake and local attractions. The cabin itself was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly charming—exactly what we were hoping for. One huge bonus was the excellent Wi-Fi—it made working remotely easy and stress-free. We loved spending our evenings around the fire pit and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, making the whole experience seamless from start to finish. This place is a hidden gem—we’re already planning our next trip back!
