ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
For our guests' convenience, this home provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh bath towels, beach towels, and freshly laundered linens to help you pack a little lighter. The home also has complimentary wifi.

PET FRIENDLY
We welcome one well-behaved dog and under 80 lbs, with prior approval & a signed pet addendum. A pet fee of $50 + tax per day will apply.
The pet fee will be applied to your reservation and charged after booking is confirmed. Please note, if this booking is made through Airbnb, it will initially charge for two nights at the time of reservation. Any additional pet fees based upon the length of stay—will be requested separately through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
Additional cleaning or damage fees starting at $150 may be applied if there is evidence of pet-related damage during your stay.
Location Note: Sunset Cove is conveniently located near Highway 371. Due to its location, guests may hear some traffic noise at times. To help enhance your stay, we have added a Sound machine in the game room, which is positioned on the road side of the home, for your comfort and convenience.

*Maximum of 3 vehicles may park at the property
*Space for one boat trailer is available - If you are bringing a trailer, please let us know in advance so we can advise where to park.
*One additional vehicle may park across the street on the grass only
*Do not park in the roadway at any time
Guests are responsible for any parking citations, towing fees, fines, or violations resulting from improper parking.

Please note that the dock, water toys, and patio furniture are seasonal amenities and are available weather and lake conditions permitting. We make every effort to have these amenities available by mid-May and keep them in use through mid to late October. However, installation and removal dates may vary depending on weather, water levels, and seasonal conditions to ensure the safety of our guests and equipment.

NOISE ORDINANCE
In compliance with the Crow Wing County Short-Term Rental Noise Ordinance:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints may result in fines or citations.
