Once the snow falls, the Lincoln Lakes Area becomes a private retreat filled with winter fun. With over 7,600 acres of water and endless forest land, it's a paradise for snowmobilers, skiers, anglers, and anyone who wants to escape into nature.

OFF THE DOCK / WATERFRONT
Lake Safety & Usage Guidelines
• Minimal weeds off dock and easy lake access for swimming
- Please note that Lake Alexander has zebra mussels, which contribute to its very clear water. While the water is beautiful for swimming, we ask all renters to adhere to local watercraft and boating regulations to help protect the lake and its ecosystem.
-We recommend wearing water shoes, as the lake bottom may be sharp in some areas due to mussels.

PONTOON RENTALS • Seasonal pontoon rentals are available through preferred local vendors • Note: Message us for assistance arranging your rental
➝ Dock and water toy installation and removal are seasonal and based on weather conditions. We try to install by Mid May and Remove mid to late October, but that is not always guaranteed. If you have any questions about when these amenities will be put in or taken out, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
NOISE ORDINANCE
In compliance with Morrison County STR Noise Ordinance:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • No parties permitted (including bachelor or bachelorette gatherings)
• Noise complaints may result in fines or citations
• Note: Please be respectful of neighbors to ensure continued exceptional stays

We had grandparents, parents and college age kids and there was plenty of space and room for everyone. The home is decorated beautifully and the extra air conditioned garage space with the large screen TV, Pool table and corn hole game made a perfect spot for those who wanted to stay up later then the rest. We will definitely be back!
